\nTolling isn\u2019t due to start until early December on the Kennedy Bridge, the Lincoln Bridge and the East End Bridge, but drivers will have the opportunity starting next week to sign up for prepaid accounts and get transponders.<\/p>\n

Tolls will range from $2 to $12.<\/p>\n

Two RiverLink customer service centers will open July 21. They are located at 103 Quartermaster Court in Jeffersonville, Indiana and 400 East Main Street in Louisville, Kentucky. The centers will be open from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. Monday through Friday. They will also be open from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m. on Saturdays during their first year of operation.<\/p>\n

To open an account, drivers will need to provide their car’s make, model, year, color and license plate number.<\/p>\n

There are two types of RiverLink accounts, personal accounts and commercial accounts.<\/p>\n

A personal account can include up to four vehicles, with a minimum balance of $20 to open the account. A commercial account is for a minimum of five vehicles, with no maximum. The minimum balance to open a commercial account is $20 per vehicle.<\/p>\n

Drivers can open a personal account online at the RiverLink.com secure website, by phone with a customer service representative (855-RIV-LINK) or in person at one of two RiverLink customer service centers. Drivers can use a credit card, debit card or checking account to open an account. The customer service centers will also accept cash.<\/p>\n

To set up a commercial account, businesses are encouraged to call 855-RIV-LINK to be connected with a specialized customer service representative. Businesses that choose to visit a customer service center should bring an easy-to-read sheet with all vehicle information.<\/p>\n

Calling a customer service representative is expected to be the fastest and easiest way for a business to open an account. Because of the specialized care, commercial accounts initially can\u2019t be opened online.
