Three years later the county spent $250,000 for several Monroe memorabilia items that have been kept in storage.<\/p>\n<p>A museum website, <a href=\"http:\/\/www.billmonroemuseum.com\" target=\"_blank\">www.billmonroemuseum.com<\/a>, was started in April.
