Haitshan on one count of complicity to tampering with physical evidence. The felony carries a maximum penalty of five years in prison upon conviction.<\/p>\n<p>Commonwealth&#8217;s Attorney Shane Young says Haitshan is accused of destroying some evidence related to the January 27 slaying of 22-year-old Windell Jones.<\/p>\n<p>Four people have been charged in the slaying and robbery of Jones, including Haitshan&#8217;s 19-year-old daughter, Monti Lopez-Olivera.
