Kentucky law prohibits the use of a communication device for purposes other than making a phone call while driving a car and drivers under the age of 18 is prohibited from using a communication device for any purpose while driving.<\/p>\n<p>Players should also use caution when playing the game near streets and parking lots. There have been several reports of players crossing the street or stepping in front of cars without paying attention.<\/p>\n<p>The Pokemon characters may be on private property. Players should never go onto any property with the owner&#8217;s permission.<\/p>\n<p>Players should also be aware of potential predators using the game. Police say predator may wait in an ideal location for a potential victim to come along.
