\nFor the first time, since the death of 2-year-old Laynee Wallace in Barren County in May 2015, the man accused of killing her admits to hiding her body.<\/p>\n

Tuesday afternoon Anthony Barbour’s attorney focused on DNA evidence in the case. Specifically, hair found on a shirt.<\/p>\n

He believes that hair will implicate someone else being involved in the death of Laynee. He says his client wasn’t involved in any type of murder, just lowering a body into a well.<\/p>\n

Discussed in court, were two hairs found on a shirt in evidence that are in line to be tested at a Kentucky State Police crime lab.<\/p>\n

Laynee Wallace’s body was found in a well on May 25, 2015. Barbour’s attorney admits his client placed the toddler’s body in the bottom of the pit on his family property, but says someone else helped.
