\nThe Bullitt County Sheriff’s Department is looking for a missing man who may be in danger following the discovery of a woman’s body inside a burned out home.<\/p>\n

Capt. Mike Murdoch said the missing man, 60 year-old Craig Ickes, owns the home in the 200 block of W. Audubon Drive that was set on fire around 9:35 p.m. Wednesday.<\/p>\n
Ickes is a former truck driver who met the deceased woman out of state. Neighbors told investigators the two were in a relationship and lived together for several years.<\/p>\n
Ickes still has vehicles outside the home. Murdoch said Ickes was seen at the home about 1 p.m. on Wednesday, the day of the fire.<\/p>\n
Police said they have been searching in the woods along West Audubon Drive since Ickes disappeared.<\/p>\n
The victim, who has not been identified, was found dead in the living room of the home.<\/p>\n
Police said they have been at the home before for calls of shots fired.<\/p>\n
Murdoch said they have reason to believe Ickes did not participate in the woman’s death.<\/p>\n
A person of interest was interviewed by police and released from custody.<\/p>\n
Authorities do not believe this incident was a random crime.<\/p>\n
Murdoch urged neighbors to remain vigilant and call police at 502-543-2514 or email a tip to crimetip@bcky.org if they see Ickes or have any information in the case.
