\/><br \/>\nOne person was sent to the hospital after an accident early Tuesday (7\/26) morning in Dyer.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>According to the Breckinridge County Sheriff Department, the accident happened around 4:20 am when a 2001 BMW car failed to negotiate a curve at the intersection of Highway 86 and 401.<\/p>\n<p>The car, driven by 33 year-old Daniel Sledd of Vine Grove, went off of the roadway and through the corner of a building owned by Brandenburg Telephone Company. <\/p>\n<p>The Custer Fire Department had to extract Sledd from the wreckage.<\/p>\n<p>Sledd was taken to Hardin Memorial Hospital in Elizabethtown by Breck Central EMS.<\/p>\n<p>It took crews a couple of hours to remove the car from the building.<\/p>\n<p>There were no interruptions to phone customers according
