A survivor of a hit-and-run crash that killed her best friend is back home, and now see wants justice for her friend.<\/p>\n
Joan Hardin and Tracey Stovall were out for a quick walk to the store September 6 when, police say, they were struck by a car on Alanadale Drive in Valley Station. The car fled the scene.<\/p>\n
Stovall died while Hardin survived, but suffered serious injuries.<\/p>\n
A $5,000 reward is being offered for information that leads to an arrest. Anyone with information is urged to call police at 574-7111 or the Anonymous Tip Line at 574-LMPD. <\/p>\n
