killing were vacated.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Garr Keith Hardin and Jeffrey Dewayne Clark were convicted in 1995 of killing 19-year-old Rhonda Sue Warford.<\/p>\n<p>Meade Circuit Judge Bruce Butler scrapped their convictions earlier this month after DNA evidence debunked much of the evidence prosecutors presented to the jury.<\/p>\n<p>Meade County Commonwealth&#8217;s Attorney David Michael Williams told the court Thursday he intends to retry them.<\/p>\n<p>The Innocence Project, which represented Hardin and Clark, asked Butler to release the two men on bond until a new trial date is set.<\/p>\n<p>Butler took the request under consideration and said he will soon issue a written ruling.<br \/>\nSource:  AP<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>A Kentucky judge is considering whether two men should be let out of jail after spending more than 20 years in prison before their murder convictions in what prosecutors called a &#8220;satanic&#8221;
