Material Handling Systems and MHS Technical Services were working under contract with UPS to replace conveyor systems.<\/p>\n<p>Assistant Labor Secretary David Michael says in a statement OSHA cited Material Handling Systems twice previously for exposing workers to fall hazards, including at the same site four months earlier.
