Yates, was traveling north partially on the shoulder and partially in the right lane of I-65 when a 2014 Freightliner semi-tractor, also northbound, struck the Toyota in the rear left side. Both operators lost control of their vehicles and left the roadway.<\/p>\n<p>The operator of the Freightliner, 33 year-old Andrew Graley of Pekin, Indiana, was pronounced dead at the scene by the Hardin County Coroner\u2019s Office.
