Tum\u00adble\u00adweed has been closed since a June 20 fire and is no longer listed among the company\u2019s locations on its website.<\/p>\n<p>The plan is for Olive Garden to demolish the Tumbleweed building and construct a new restaurant on the lot in front of the Starlite Center shopping plaza. A late sping 2017 opening is expected.<\/p>\n<p>The plan calls for the 6,789-square-foot restaurant to have seating for 267 patrons.
