But Attorney General Andy Beshear sued, calling the cuts illegal. Last month, the Supreme Court sided with Beshear and sent the case back to the Franklin Circuit Court.<\/p>\n<p>On Thursday, Beshear called on Bevin to immediately release the money to the schools.
