A Grayson County man was taken into custody on drug-related charges during Friday night’s Breckinridge County-Grayson County football game at Breckinridge County High School in Harned.
According to Sheriff’s Deputy Jeff Hendrick, 43-year-old Wendall R. Embry of Caneyville was arrested just before 8 p.m. Friday on a warrant out of Grayson County for flagrant non-support. Hendrick said during the arrest, Embry was found to be in possession of methamphetamine. Embry was charged with possession of meth and possession of drug paraphernalia.
Sheriff Todd Pate, Deputy Billy Richardson and Hardinsburg police officer Adam Lucas also assisted at the scene.
