A Breckinridge County father who lives off the grid with his wife and ten children will spend four days in jail.
Joe Naugler was charged with menacing after he told his son to get a gun after a neighbor would not let the family tap into her private well for drinking water. He was found guilty Monday afternoon (11/2).
Naugler was sentenced to 90 days in jail but a judge probated his sentence to four days.
Joe and his wife Nicole Naugler made national headlines after their ten children were taken away by the state when images of their homestead and lifestyle stirred controversy.
