A Warren County man was arrested on charges related to child exploitation offenses. Kentucky State Police arrested 39 year-old Robert Deluca on charges related to distribution of matter portraying a sex performance by a minor after an undercover investigation which discovered Deluca sharing images over the internet.
Police executed a search warrant on Thursday (5/12) at a Bowling Green residence that resulted in evidence that led to Deluca.
Deluca is charged with two counts of distribution of matter portraying a sex performance by a minor with additional charges expected in the case as the investigation remains ongoing. Deluca was lodged in the Warren County Detention Center.
