Emergency crews in Meade County were called to the scene of a injury accidnet Sunday (6/4) morning along Brandenburg Road.
According to the Meade County Sheriff’s Department, the accident happened around 6:45 am near the 3300 block of Brandenburg Road, when a truck went off of the roadway and struck a utility pole then rolled over and caught on fire. The occupants had to be extricated from the vehicle by the Meade County Fire Department. The occupants were taken to the hospital by Air Methods and Meade County EMS.
No other details have been made available as the accident remains under investigation by the Meade County Sheriff’s Department.
