The Warren County Sheriff’s Department was called to a situation Monday (6/5) morning that began as a domestic disturbance call at a home on Crystal Court.
Officials say they suspected 20-year-old Albert Gazaryan was under the influence and had stated that he wanted to kill himself when he ran from the house fleeing from police. Officers eventually caught up to Gazaryan and arrested him behind another home on Crystal Court.
Police say Rex Patterson, living at that home then stepped out with a handgun and began firing. Shots were exchanged between Patterson and police, but no one was injured.
Both Gazaryan and Patterson were arrested.
