As the final section of widening I65 progresses, crews will continue moving barrier wall in preparation for a northbound traffic shift between Glendale and Elizabethtown (Mile Points 82-92).
According to Chris Jesse with the Kentucky Transportation Office in Elizabethtown, the interstate will be reduced to one lane in each direction for the next few nights between 7 pm and 7 am. Barrier wall relocation should be complete by the beginning of next week. Though these lane closures are being conducted during off-peak traffic volume hours, minor delays will still be possible.
