
A former North Hardin High School assistant football and girls basketball coach has been indicted by a Hardin County Grand Jury on four counts involving sex with a minor, including incest.
According to the indictment, 36 year-old Roy Drain was indicted on two counts of incest, third degree rape and unlawful transaction with a minor after being accused of having sex with a girl younger than 18 between July 16, 2014 and June 15, 2017, according to a police report.
In addition to coaching football and basketball, he was also the schools track and field coach. Drain faces up to 20 years in prison if convicted.
