A Brandenburg man wanted in two incidents in Hardin County this year was arrested by Radcliff Police early Friday(9/15) morning on two warrants.
Lester Andrew Miller, 36, was identified in a photo lineup by an employee of Summit Polymer. Miller is charged with attempting to steal metal March 17 with another man from outside the business and stealing a phone from a Summit employee. The phone later was pinged and retrieved off North Black Branch Road in Elizabethtown.
The employee had taken a photo of the vehicle Miller and the other man were in and the photo was retrieved. The vehicle also was seen at a previous transaction at an Elizabethtown scrap metal yard and was identified as the same vehicle to have been used at Summit.
Miller also is charged with entering a residence July 30 of the other suspect in the March incident, head butting a person in the head and then escorting the person into a vehicle. That person then was driven to Rineyville.
Miller is charged with first-degree robbery from the March warrant and second-degree burglary, first-degree unlawful imprisonment and intimidating a participant in the legal process from the July incident. Miller is being held in lieu of a $75,000 cash bond in the Hardin County Detention Center.
