
Elizabethtown Police are looking for two people who allegedly were involved in a Sunday (10/1) morning burglary.
Police say two men broke into the Swope Chrysler/Dodge dealership on North Dixie Avenue shortly after 5 am Sunday and drove away with two vehicles. The suspects were captured on surveillance cameras. One man, who wore a white hoodie and gloves, used a crowbar to break a window and enter the building. The man was able to locate a key box and grabbed an unknown number of car keys.
The second suspect was wearing a light-colored Kansas City Chiefs hoodie and shorts. The men were described by police as black or biracial. The two stolen vehicles are a red 2009 Dodge Challenger SRT and a blue 2008 Dodge Charger SRT Daytona.
The police have posted surveillance photos of the suspects on social media and are asking for help in identifying them. The investigation is ongoing.
