
A man was arrested Wednesday (10/4) driving an all-terrain vehicle in a southbound lane of U.S. 31W while intoxicated, according to a arrest citation.
Billy Gordon, 35 of Louisville, was stopped by Radcliff Police on an Arctic Cat ATV as he approached W.A. Jenkins Road around 9 pm Wednesday. Once stopped, Gordon had a “strong odor of alcoholic beverage,” according to police. Gordon refused to take a breathalyzer test. He was unsteady on his feet and had slurred speech, according to a citation.
He is charged with first offense driving under the influence of intoxicants and operating an ATV on the roadway,offenses subject to fines and loss of driving privileges.
