Kentucky State Police Commercial Enforcement Division conducted a traffic stop on Leitchfield Road in Elizabethtown.
On Friday (10/27) during the stop, officers determined that the driver 25 year-old Devyn Vittitow of Eastview, was in possession of methamphetamine, marijuana, amphetamines, and other drugs. Vittitow was arrested and charged with Failure to or improper signal; possession of drug paraphernalia, driving on a DUI suspended license; possession of marijuana; possession of a controlled substance 1st Degree, 1st offense (methamphetamine); possession of controlled substance 2nd Degree (amphetamine); and possession of controlled substance 3rd degree (drug unspecified).
He was lodged in the Hardin County Detention Center.
