An alleged altercation in a car Wednesday (11/1) afternoon led to the arrest of a Vine Grove man on two felony charges.
Danny Haitshan, 38, reportedly struck a woman in the face with his closed fist on the left side of the mouth, while she was driving, according to police. A child was in the backseat of the vehicle at the time.
Haitshan is charged with two counts of first-degree wanton endangerment and fourth-degree assault, domestic violence with a minor injury. According to a citation, his actions “created a substantial danger of death or serious injury” to the woman and the child.
He is being held in lieu of a $1,000 cash bond in the Hardin County Detention Center.
