A man is arrested on drug charges following a traffic stop in Ohio County.
Kentucky State Police made a traffic stop Sunday (11/19) night on a vehicle traveling east on the Western Kentucky Parkway.
The driver of the vehicle, Scott W. Leach Jr. was charged with the following offenses: Speeding 26 mph over, Reckless Driving, Resisting Arrest, Possession of a Controlled Substance 1st Degree 2nd Offense-Methamphetamine, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, Possession of Marijuana, Trafficking Controlled Substance 1st Degree, 2nd Offense (> 2 grams Methamphetamine), and DUI 1st Offense (Aggravating Circumstances).
Leach was arrested and taken to the Ohio County Jail.
