Police said the Ohio County Sheriff’s Office and Kentucky State Police interrupted a drug transaction that was taking place in the 600 Block of North Main Street, in Hartford.
During the arrest, officers located over 41 grams of methamphetamine, cash and a large quantity of drug paraphernalia.
Police arrested 52 year-old Wilbert Roach and his wife, 44 year-old Jeri Roach. They were both charged with trafficking in a controlled substance (meth), possession of a controlled substance (meth) and possession of drug paraphernalia.
They were lodged in the Ohio County Detention Center.
