Kentucky State Police arrested an Ohio County man after he injured an infant.
On December 1, an 11 month-old male infant was taken to the Owensboro Health Regional Hospital with head injuries. Police said due to the serious nature of the injuries, the baby was taken to Norton Children’s Hospital in Louisville where he was admitted for non-life threatening injuries.
As a result, Kentucky State Police launched an investigation, and on Tuesday (12/12) night arrested 30 year-old Seth Bussart of Utica, charged him with injuring the baby.
Bussart was charged with first-degree criminal abuse of a child under the age of 12 and lodged in the Ohio County Detention Center.
