
A Elizabethtown woman was arrested after hitting her boyfriend with a car Sunday (12/17) morning at approximately 1:30, an Elizabethtown woman was arrested after hitting her boyfriend with a car.
According to police, the incident happened around 1:30 am, when 25 year-old Marissa Broadway backed her vehicle into her unidentified boyfriend on Shelby Avenue, in Radcliff. Not long after the incident, Broadway was pulled over by police on Hwy 31-W, near Battle Training Road, and found to be driving under the influence of alcohol, according to police. A two-year-old child was also in the vehicle.
After being questioned, Broadway admitted striking her boyfriend with the car and fleeing the scene.
Broadway was arrested and charged with assault, wanton endangerment, DUI, leaving the scene of an accident (with serious physical injury), and a booster seat violation.
Broadway is being held in the Hardin County Detention Center on a $10,000 cash bond.
