Fire departments from two counties responded to a structure fire near Guston early Saturday (1/27) morning.
The Ekron, Flaherty, and Irvington Fire Departments were called to a report of a structure fire around 5:30 am on
US 60 near the intersection of Irvington-Guston Road.
When fire crews arrived on the scene, they found a single story house fully engulfed in flames. The blaze was brought under control within a half hour of their arrival, but the unoccupied structure was a total loss.
A cause to the fire was not immediately determined.
