A Radcliff man could spend the rest of his life in prison if he is convicted of sexually assaulting a female relative younger than 12, last year at his home.
Robert Patrick Jamieson, 61, was indicted last week by a Hardin County grand jury on three Class A felonies of first-degree rape; first-degree sodomy and incest. Jamieson was arrested January 6 after the girl told her mother on New Year’s Day about the acts that began on the girl’s birthday in May.
Jamieson is being held in the Hardin County Detention Center. He is scheduled to be arraigned today in Hardin Circuit Court.
