
A Leitchfield man running for Grayson County Judge-Executive has been arrested on a warrant out of Breckinridge County.
Grayson County Sheriff’s Deputies arrested 59 year-old Randall Fowler, at his Leitchfield home on Thursday (2/1) night. The arrest warrant charges Fowler with theft by deception, under $500, after Fowler allegedly wrote cold checks in Breckinridge County. The charge is a class A misdemeanor and will not disqualify Fowler from running for position of Judge-Executive.
He was lodged in the Grayson County Detention Center.
