Harry Russell Cook, 50, of Radcliff, died Saturday, October 3, 2015, at Hardin Memorial Hospital in Elizabethtown.
He was preceded in death by his grandmother, Oma Hildegard Gehlen.

Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. Wednesday, October 7, 2015, at Coffey & Chism Funeral Home in Vine Grove. Burial will follow in the North Hardin Memorial Gardens in Radcliff. Visitation will be from 4 until 8 p.m. and after 9:30 a.m. on Wednesday at the funeral home.
