
Elizabethtown police are searching for suspects in a Tuesday (10/27) robbery at the Dollar Tree at 1705 N. Dixie Avenue around 10:15 p.m. as the business was closing for the night.
According to Elizabethtown police, three males ran up and confronted two employees and told them “this is a robbery.” One of the males pointed a gun and demanded an undisclosed amount of money, which was turned over. The employees were told to turn around, get on their knees, and not to turn back around. They complied with this demand as the suspects fled and the employees called 911.
The suspects are described as wearing dark clothing with dark bandanas or scarves over their faces. Two males were white and the third is unknown. Anyone with any information about this robbery should call Crime Stoppers at 1-800-597-8123.
On Monday, Cash Express in Elizabethtown was robbed of an undisclosed amount of money by a man described as a black male.
