JoAnn Lewis, 65, of Radcliff, passed away Tuesday, November 3, 2015, at Hardin Memorial Hospital in Elizabethtown.
She was preceded in death by her brother, Earl Harris; and a sister, Shirley Jones.
She is survived by…
Her daughter: LaShan Renee Lewis of Radcliff;
One grandson.
Two sisters: Lena Evans of Elizabethtown and Ada Jackson of Virginia;
Three brothers: Melvin Harris of Alabama, Willard Harris of Alabama and Curbie of New Jersey.
Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday, November 7, 2015, Coffey & Chism Funeral Home Funeral Home in Vine Grove. Burial will follow in the North Hardin Memorial Gardens in Radcliff.
Visitation will be from 4 until 8 p.m. Friday and after 10 a.m. on Saturday at the funeral home.
