
Kentucky State Police say a traffic stop in Warren County led to a felony arrest.
Holly Trowbridge, 26 of Bowling Green, was driving on the William Natcher Parkway Friday night a Kentucky State Police Trooper pulled her over for a routine traffic stop.
During the investigation that followed, marijuana was located in the car and a passenger, 41-year-old Jim Thomas Jr. of Nashville, admitted to concealing a handgun.
A white powder, believed to be cocaine, was located on Thomas and it was discovered he was a convicted felon.
Trowbridge was cited and charged with Possesion of Marijuna, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia and Careless Driving.
Thomas was arrested and taken to the Warren County Jail, where he is charged with Possession of a Handgun by a Convicted Felon and Possession of a Controlled Substance 1st Degree, 1st Offense.
The case remains under investigation by the Kentucky State Police.
