Kentucky State Police Trooper was serving a warrant on Clay Street in Henderson Sunday morning to 44-year-old Charity Hope out of Vanderburgh County, Indiana.
He spotted Hope in an alley behind her home in Henderson. He asked for identification and she said she was not Charity Hope.
Hope then resisted arrest.
She was arrested and lodged in the Henderson County Detention Center.
Hope is charged with being a fugitive from another state, giving an officer a false name, fleeing or evading police on foot, and resisting arrest.
