A teenager has been charged with murder after a crash early Sunday morning that claimed the life of a passenger in the vehicle he was driving.
The accident happened around 2 a.m. on KY 492 just outside of Morganfield when 19 year-old Maxwell McMain crashed his vehicle. One of his passengers, 16 year-old Kaci Wood died as a result of the crash. Another passenger in the car wasn’t injured.
McMain also faces charges of kidnapping, DUI 3rd offense, driving on a suspended license and wanton endangerment.
