
A Bowling Green man is facing up to 20 years in prison for sex crimes.
A grand jury indicted 59-year-old Anthony Martin this week for a crime that took place on April 21.
According to court documents, Martin engaged a woman sexually who wasn’t able to give consent, or was forced into the act.
He is facing charges of rape first degree and sodomy first degree. Both are Class B felonies.
Under Kentucky law, Class B felonies are punishable by no less than 10 years in prison and no more than 20 years.
Martin is being held on a $20,000 bond in the Warren County Jail.
