Kentucky State Police are investigating a fatal collision on US 231 in Hartford.
Police say 47-year-old Kenneth Hulsey of Hartford was driving northbound on US 231 when he entered the southbound lane, hitting a vehicle driven by 52-year-old Craig Mills, also of Hartford.
Hulsey’s SUV spun in the roadway, and was hit by a car driven by 21-year-old Erika Southard of Beaver Dam.
Mills and his passenger, 34-year-old Hollie Easterling of Beaver Dam, were taken to Ohio County Hospital and pronounced dead by the Ohio County coroner.
Hulsey and Southard were also taken to Ohio County Hospital, where they were treated for minor injuries.
The accident remains under investigation by the Kentucky State Police.
