Kentucky State Police say 18 year-old Deqavion Marcell James turned himself in at the Hopkinsville Police Department late Wednesday (7/27) afternoon.
He was wanted for Murder, Robbery 1st Degree, and Tampering with Physical Evidence. The warrant stems from the investigation by Kentucky State Police Detectives involving the murder of De’Andre Marquis Palmer.
Palmer’s body was found near Carter Road in Christian County on July 21.
James was lodged in the Christian County Jail.
