A Hardinsburg man was arrested Thursday night after an accident on Highway 2279.
A vehicle driven by 23 year-old Dylon Joshua Whitley of Hardinsburg was traveling at a high rate of speed and ran off of the roadway in a curve. Whitley was not injured but was arrested by a Breckinridge County Sheriff Deputy on charges of operating a motor vehicle under the influence of drugs or alcohol, disorderly conduct, criminal mischief, and failure to notify department of transportation of address change.
The deputy was assisted at the scene by the Hardinsburg Police Department.
