An Elizabethtown man was killed Tuesday night when the Harley Davidson motorcycle he was driving collided with the back of a Chevy Suburban in Glendale.
Wendell Henry Perkins, 53, was pronounced dead at the scene by the Hardin County Coroner’s Office.
According to the Hardin County Sheriff’s Office, Perkins was eastbound on West Glendale-Hodgenville Road between Robey Drive and Mudsplash Road. A Suburban was stopped on West Glendale and facing eastbound and making a left turn onto Robey Drive when Perkins’ motorcycle struck the Suburban around 6:30 p.m.
