Officials discovered drugs as they attempted to serve an arrest warrant in Union County.
Kentucky State Police, the Uniontown Police Department and the Union County Sheriff’s Office went to execute the arrest warrant on 5th street in Uniontown.
Further investigation showed the homeowner, 39-year-old Virgil Tapp, was in possession of methamphetamine, marijuana and drug paraphernalia.
Tapp was arrested and lodged in the Union County Jail.
