A Louisville Metro Police detective has been accused of soliciting a prostitute.
The department announced on its Facebook page Tuesday evening that, following an internal investigation, Det. Dustin Henke has been charged with solicitation of prostitution and first-degree official misconduct.
The charges arose from a Public Integrity Unit investigation into allegations that Henke solicited prostitutes multiple times.
Police say Henke has been placed on administrative leave.
