The Warren County Grand July indicts a Bowling Green man on kidnapping and and assault charges. Brandon Lee Whitlow, 27, is also charged with wanton endangerment and disorderly conduct.
Police say Whitlow hit, choked, and body-slammed his girlfriend during a fight on August 27. They say he also briefly locked her in the car.
Whitlow is in the Warren County Jail on a $10,000 cash bond.
