A man known as Kentuckyana Jones and three others were indicted by a federal grand jury on charges of bank fraud.
The indictment charges Michael Barrick, also known as Kentuckyana Jones, with five counts of bank fraud, Roger Hagan with two counts, Garry Hammer with two counts, and Lorri Hughes with one count.
The indictment says they knowingly executed and attempted to execute schemes to obtain money, funds, and assets of three different banks under false pretenses. The indictment says this caused mortgages and loans to go into default.
