Authorities are searching for an inmate that escaped from Hardin County Detention early Saturday.
Joseph Cody Aubrey, 22 of Louisville, escaped the Restricted Custody Building through a ventilation shaft in the ceiling.
Aubrey was serving time on a parole violation and was assigned to the Hardin County Detention Center work program.
Anyone with information on Aubrey’s whereabouts can contact the Kentucky State Police or their local law enforcement agency.
