The third suspect charged in a Butler County double murder has been arrested.
Bowling Green police arrested 33-year-old Charles W. “Cotton” Lindsey Sunday morning without incident. Lindsey was being sought for the murders of two people that were discovered in a burnt vehicle in Butler County on November 9.
He was transferred to Detectives with the Kentucky State Police Post 3 Bowling Green and later lodged in the Butler County Jail on a warrant where he is charged with murder.
The investigation is still ongoing by the Kentucky State Police.
