A judge sends a former Grayson County teacher’s rape case to the grand jury.
Former Grayson County teacher and baseball coach Gavin Logsdon is charged with third degree rape.
It stems from an alleged relationship with a 17-year-old student earlier in 2016.
Judge Derek Reed sent the case to the grand jury after hearing enough evidence from Kentucky State Police Detective.
Logsdon’s attorney said they are willing to take this case all the way to trial.
